§ 98.104 GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTION.
   Davidson County hereby declares that all actions, functions, duties, inspections, and enforcement provided by this chapter are declared to be essential activities of Davidson County. Consequently, Davidson County, its officers, agents, employees, and personnel are immune from any suit for any action in executing this chapter.
