§ 98.103 NO CONFLICT WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS OF NORTH CAROLINA.
   This chapter shall be construed and enforced to the extent possible to be consistent with state laws and regulations. If a conflict exists between the interpretation of a provision of this chapter and state laws and regulations, the provisions of the state laws and regulations shall control.
