Neither Davidson County nor any of its Commissioners, agents, employees, or officers shall be liable for any damage to persons or property arising from any inspection or reinspection authorized or required by this chapter or from the failure to inspect or reinspect or from the issuance or denial of a permit or from the approval or disapproval of any equipment as authorized in this chapter.
