§ 98.051 COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND STRUCTURE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS.
   All submitted applications for construction or operational permits shall be subject to plan review pursuant to the North Carolina Fire Prevention Code, local ordinances, state laws, and/or other regulatory documents prior to a permit being issued as described in § 98.045.
