§ 98.001 ENACTMENT, REPEAL AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   This chapter is hereby enacted by the Board of Commissioners of Davidson County, North Carolina. This chapter supersedes the “Fire Prevention and Protection Ordinance” adopted on June 28, 2005, together with amendments thereto as adopted, which are each hereby repealed in their entirety.
   (B)   This chapter shall become effective at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the date immediately following adoption by the Davidson County Board of Commissioners.
