§ 31.99 PENALTY.
   Except as provided in § 31.06 of this chapter, any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by a declaration authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor in accordance with G.S. § 14-288.20A.
