§ 96.36 COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
   The franchisee shall not be excused from complying with any terms and conditions of this chapter or the franchise by any failure of the county, upon any one or more occasions, to insist on the franchisee's performance or to seek franchisee's compliance with any one or more of such terms or conditions.
