§ 31.10 SUPERSEDING AND AMENDATORY DECLARATIONS.
   The Chairperson in his/her discretion may invoke the restrictions authorized by this chapter in separate declarations, and may amend any declaration by means of a superseding declaration in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 31.02.
