§ 96.31 INSPECTION OF RECORDS, PREMISES AND EQUIPMENT.
   The Director of Davidson County Emergency Services or his or her designee may inspect a franchisee's records, premises and equipment at any time, without notice, in order to insure compliance with this chapter and any franchise granted hereunder.
