§ 95.02 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   This subchapter shall apply in all areas of the county not within a municipality, except that it shall not apply in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of any municipality which has adopted similar provisions in its zoning, subdivision or building inspection codes.
