Neither Davidson County nor any of its Commissioner’s, agents, employees, or officers shall be liable for any damage to persons or property arising from any inspection or re-inspection authorized or required by this chapter or from the failure to inspect or re-inspect or from the issuance or denial of a permit or the approval or disapproval of any equipment as authorized in this chapter.
