Fees shall not be assessed for initial inspections required on permits. The Code Official shall be authorized to assess a fee, where the permit holder schedules an inspection on a permit that is blatantly not ready, or does not have the permitted work in compliance after such violations have been communicated to the permit holder by the Code Official. The fee schedule for inspections on permits are set forth in Appendix D of this chapter.
