§ 98.046 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION.

   (A)   The following items are required on all commercial projects, based on the scope of work, for permit-required construction for a building permit:

      (1)   Scope of work;

      (2)   Completed commercial plan review application;

      (3)   Completed Appendix B (Building code summary);

      (4)   Site plan;

      (5)   Structural plan;

      (6)   Life safety plan;

      (7)   Project value letter.

   (B)   The following four items shall be required for a permit-required construction pertaining to the appropriate Technical Codes:

      (1)   Plumbing plan;

      (2)   Electrical plan;

      (3)   Mechanical plan;

      (4)   Fire protection plan.
