§ 96.16 STANDARDS FOR AMBULANCES AND EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   Ambulance and equipment standards as developed by the State Medical Care Commission pursuant to G.S. § 131E-157 and G.S. § 143-508 shall be applied and the same are incorporated herein by reference.
   (B)   Each ambulance shall meet current NCOEMS requirements for ground transport vehicles and maintain compliance throughout the franchise period.
