§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who willfully holds a mass gathering as herein defined without first securing a permit to do so as herein provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more then $50, or imprisonment as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
   (B)   Any person who willfully fails to perform any other act required by this chapters, or who willfully does any act prohibited by this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $50, or by imprisonment as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
