§ 51.50 PRECEDENCE OF OTHER LEGISLATION.
   Upon the promulgation of federal categorical pretreatment standards for a particular industrial subcategory, the federal standard, if more stringent than state or local limitations, shall immediately supersede all other limitations imposed under this chapter. In any case, the most stringent limitation shall apply.
