(A) All tree trimmings, accumulations of glass or materials left from new construction or other contractual labors, shall be removed at the expense of the person doing said construction or repair. This includes excess sod, dirt and/or tree removal.
(B) If said removal is not done as listed above, the County Manager shall notify those involved, giving them an additional seven days. If they still fail to comply, they can be removed by the county and those involved will be charged accordingly.
