(A) It shall be the duty of these contractors to properly remove any excess materials, and litter within 30 days after completion of said project.
(B) It shall be the duty of these contractors to remove broken materials within two weeks, even if the project is not completed.
(C) If said removal is not done as listed above, the County Manager shall notify those involved, giving them an additional seven days. If they still fail to comply, they can be removed by the county and those involved will be charged accordingly.
