§ 92.07 LITTER IN OCCUPIED PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person, firm, organization or corporation shall place, deposit, leave or cause to be placed, deposited, or left, either temporarily or permanently, any litter of any kind upon the lands of another without first obtaining written consent of the owner thereof.
