§ 90.03 GENERAL DUTIES OF ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM.
   The Animal Control Program shall be charged with the responsibility of:
   (A)   Enforcing, in this county, all state and county laws, ordinances, rules, and resolutions relating to the care, custody and control of animals.
   (B)   Investigating and prosecuting cruelty or abuse of animals as defined in this chapter, state and federal laws.
