If any vehicle is not claimed within five days after removal, the County Manager or his designee shall obtain from or through the Sheriff’s office, or other reliable source, identification of the registered owner of the vehicle. The County Manager or designee shall then notify the registered owner of the location of the vehicle, the charges which apply to that time, and that the vehicle may be reclaimed by paying the charges incurred to the time of reclaiming the vehicle.
