Parking on county property shall be only as permitted and authorized by the Board of Commissioners. Parking in a county owned parking lot shall be limited to no more than two hours while transacting business with the county, except for authorized persons. Members of the public transacting business in a county office shall be allowed to park in a designated space for up to two hours without a permit. Any vehicle parked longer than two hours without permit or any vehicle parked in violation of this chapter or any abandoned vehicle shall be removed at any time without the owner's permission.
