§ 33.02 REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-7-14.5-7, the Town Redevelopment Authority is created as a separate body corporate and politic and as an instrumentality of the town for the purposes and to exercise the powers set forth in I.C. 36-7-14.5 (the “Act”) or otherwise granted by law. The Redevelopment Authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of three members, each of whom shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council acting as the executive of the town, all as provided by law.
   (B)   Any member of the Town Council, the Clerk-Treasurer and any other officer, employee or agent of the town is hereby authorized and directed, for and on behalf of the town, to execute and deliver any certificate, instrument or other document and to take any action as such person determines to be necessary or appropriate to accomplish the purposes and carry out the intent of this section, such determination to be conclusively evidenced by such person’s execution of such certificate, instrument or other document or such person’s taking of such action.
