§ 153.01 COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the County of Vanderburgh, Indiana, is adopted by reference as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the town as if herein set out in full.
   (B)   Where the word “Auditor” appears in the County Ordinance, the same is hereby modified to mean, as far as the town is concerned, the Clerk-Treasurer of the town. For the words “Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh County,” there shall be substituted therefor the words “Town Council of the Town of Darmstadt.”
   (C)   Notice of any hearings required to be held under this section shall be as directed by the Town Council. Any amendment to the Vanderburgh Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance shall not constitute an amendment to this section.
