§ 152.082 ABOVEGROUND GAS OR LIQUID STORAGE TANKS.
   Within SFHAs designated as Zones A and AE on the community’s FIRM, all newly placed aboveground gas or liquid storage tanks shall meet the requirements for a nonresidential structure as required in § 152.077 of this chapter.
