§ 152.005 LANDS TO WHICH APPLICABLE.
   This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard (SFHAs) within the jurisdiction of the town as identified in § 152.006 of this chapter, including any additional areas of special flood hazard annexed by the town.
