§ 30.16 COUNCIL MEMBER OR CLERK-TREASURER ELECTIONS.
   (A)   (1)   All members of the Council shall be elected by the voters of the whole town.
      (2)   The members of the Town Council representing Districts 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall reside in the district from which such Council member ran for election and was elected as the representative.
   (B)   The Clerk-Treasurer may reside anywhere in the town and shall be elected by the voters of the whole town.
