§ 151.01 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to conserve natural resources, protect the quality of the air and water and to protect and promote the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of the town by preventing soil erosion and sediment from being transported onto public and private properties as a result of land-disturbing activities.
