§ 92.08 APPEAL OF BILL.
   (A)   (1)   A property owner desiring to appeal the bill shall petition the town in writing within ten days of the date the bill is issued by the town.
      (2)   The only basis for an appeal that the town may consider are the following:
         (a)   The property for which the bill was issued was not the subject of an action of the town or its contractor under this subchapter, or the action was taken prior to seven days after notice was served on the owner of the property and/or owner of record;
         (b)   The amount of charges is incorrect based on the size of the property;
         (c)   The owner was not notified of the violation; or
         (d)   The notification process was not completed properly.
   (B)   The town shall consider such appeals and may adjust or waive said costs as individual circumstances may warrant.
