SCHEDULE IV. PROHIBITED PARKING ON PORTIONS OF MARTIN ROAD.
   (A)   There shall be no standing or parking of vehicles along either side of Martin Road from Boonville-New Harmony Road to a point 2,000 feet north of Boonville-New Harmony Road.
   (B)   This schedule shall be in full force and effect when signs giving notice of this schedule are posted upon or at the affected portions of Martin Road by the Town Council.
   (C)   A violation of this schedule shall result in a fine of an amount as set by the Town Council from time to time.
