§ 51.13 TOWN RIGHT TO PROHIBIT DUMPING.
   The town is hereby authorized to prohibit the dumping of wastes into the town’s sewer system which, in its discretion, are harmful to the operation of the sewage works, or to require methods effecting the pretreatment of said wastes to alter the characteristics of the waste satisfactory to the town.
