§ 50.79  TERMINATION OF SERVICE; DEPOSIT.
Notwithstanding any section hereof, if a deposit is insufficient to pay and satisfy an unpaid invoice of the utility in full, including any interest, penalties and late fees, service may be terminated for non-payment of said invoice. Service shall not be reconnected to that customer until a new application has been filed by the customer, and not until a new deposit has been determined by the Controller and paid, which deposit may be greater than the customer’s previous deposit. In addition, the Controller may, at her or his discretion, require a customer with repeated delinquencies to install, at the utility’s expense, a restrictor meter.
