§ 50.74  CHANGE IN CLASSIFICATION OF SERVICE.
   If a customer already receiving service shall change the character, nature or classification of service or volume of usage, or be delinquent in the payment of service billings 3 times in any 12-month period, the electric utility may require the filing of a new application for service, require a different service deposit, and/or terminate service if a deposit is not paid within 30 days of notice to the customer of this requirement.
