§ 50.70  ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPOSIT.
   Every customer of the Darlington Municipal Electric Utility (“electric utility” or “the utility”) shall pay to the utility, prior to the installation and receipt of service, a deposit of money to be known as a service deposit.
