The Emergency Energy Control Program of the Public Service Company of Indiana, supplier of electrical energy to the municipal electrical utility of the town is set forth in this subchapter. This plan has been formulated and amended by the Public Service Commission of Indiana. The electric utility desires to coordinate its energy usage with their supplier. The program consists of 5 steps which provide for the curtailment of electrical usage. Upon notification to the municipal electrical utility that the supplier is implementing each of the steps outlined in this subchapter, the electric utility will immediately thereafter also implement those steps.
