Pursuant to the order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana in Cause No. 36097, approved and issued September 24, 1980, the town, by and through its Town Council, does hereby adopt as and for its schedule of rates and charges for electrical energy sold and delivered by the municipal electric utility to the customers thereof, the schedule currently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, hereby adopted by reference as though set out in full herein.
