The energy charge set forth in the company’s rate schedules for residential and commercial and power service are hereby made subject to a purchased power cost adjustment tracking factor, which shall be calculated in accordance with the most current order of the Public Service Commission of Indiana applicable to the power cost adjustment tracking factor of the Indiana Municipal Power Association.
