In addition to minimum charges, otherwise herein set out, the customer shall be required to pay $.75 per month minimum charge for each additional KVA of transformer capacity required in excess of 5 KVA. The payment of the minimum charge shall entitle the customer in all cases to the use of the number of kilowatt hours corresponding to the minimum charges in accordance with the rate schedule set out herein.
