(A) Five days after any bill becomes delinquent, service may be discontinued at the option of the utility. The utility may also, at its option, discontinue service of any customer of the Utility who knowingly supplies electric service to any user whose own service has been discontinued by the power company at that time.
(B) Actual discontinuance of service shall be consummated only after a reasonable attempt has been made by the utility to give the customer at least 1 day’s notice thereof.
