§ 50.20  COLLECTION CHARGES AND APPLICABILITY THEREOF; NSF FEE.
   (A)   There is hereby established a collection charge of 10% on the first $3 or less of net billing, and 3% on all net billing in excess of $3.
   (B)   Bills shall be due monthly. If paid by the fifteenth day after the date of the bill, the net bill shall be the amount to be paid. If not paid by that date, the collection charge will be added. When the fifteenth day falls on a Sunday or holiday, the first business day thereafter shall be added to the 15-day period.
   (C)   If a customer pays a bill by check or other instrument, and the check or instrument cannot be honored because insufficient funds are available in the account on which the instrument was drawn, a $40 NSF fee will be added.
   (D)   If this provision shall create an undue hardship on any customer, the customer may apply to the Electric Utility Board for appropriate relief.
