§ 50.16 ADOPTION AND PROMULGATION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   In addition to the rules and regulations contained in this chapter, the Town Council by ordinance or the Electric Utility Board by resolution may adopt further rules and regulations for the governing of sales of electrical energy and the continuing obligatory relationships between electric customers and the electric utility and the same shall become effective and binding upon both customers and the electric utility 30 days following the publication of notice of the adoption of the rules and regulations or by written notification thereof to the customers as shall be determined at the option of the Board. If notice of the adoption of the rules and regulations shall be published, the same shall be published 1 time in the Crawfordsville Journal Review, a newspaper in Crawfordsville, Indiana, by title and section identification and a complete copy thereof made available to the customer at the offices of the electric utility; if the Board shall elect to promulgate the rules and regulations by written notice to the customers, a true and complete copy of the rules and regulations shall be delivered to the customer by the electric utility.
