(A) No smoking of cigarettes, cigars or pipes shall be allowed at any time inside either the Town Hall or the Darlington Toll House.
(B) Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined $25 if the conviction is that person’s first offense under this section and fined $50 if the conviction is that person’s second offense under this section and fined $75 for each and every conviction after the second offense.
