§ 50.30 EMERGENCY DISCONNECTS.
   (A)   All service conductors for new customers, replacement meters, or meter installations shall terminate in disconnecting means having a short-circuit current rating equal to or greater than the available fault current, installed in a readily accessible outdoor location. If more than one disconnect is provided, they shall be grouped. Such disconnect shall be labeled as "emergency disconnect" or "service disconnect."
   (B)   Prior to receiving services form the utility, all new customers shall have their service conductors inspected. If the service conductors are not in compliance with this provision, the customer shall have 90 days to bring their service conductor into compliance or be fined up to $250 per each day that the service conductor is not in compliance.
