§ 31.057 REMUNERATION OF COMMISSIONERS.

   No Commissioner shall be entitled to any salary, but is entitled to:

   (A)   Reimbursement for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of his or her duties; and

   (B)   A per diem allowance for each day he or she attends a Commission meeting, if that allowance does not exceed the per diem allowance for members of the General Assembly, and is authorized by the Town Council.
