§ 155.09 JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Each decision of the Council under § 155.08 is subject to judicial review. Any person, other than the Town Clerk, who is aggrieved by a decision of the Council may file a verified petition for judicial review, alleging that the decision is illegal, in whole or in part, and specifying the grounds of the illegality. All petitions for judicial review must be filed with an state court of general jurisdiction sitting in the county, within 30 days after the date of the decision of the Council.
