§ 155.06 NOISE AND VIBRATION.

Noise levels generated by the operation of a WECS may not exceed 38 decibels, measured from the incorporated limits of the town. Noise and vibration levels must comply with all other applicable county, state and federal laws, ordinances or regulations.
