§ 155.05  PROHIBITED DISTANCES FROM TOWN’S INCORPORATED LIMITS.
   Except as otherwise provided herein, no WECS tower may be located within the following minimum distances:

Incorporated limits of the town, measured from the nearest edge of the WECS tower foundation
21,120 feet
 
   (A)   No substation may be located nearer than 3,000 feet from the town’s incorporated town limits.
   (B)   No WECS tower or substation may be located within any dedicated public easement or public right-of-way.
