§ 155.02  PURPOSE.
   This chapter is adopted for the following purposes:
   (A)   To assure that any development and production of wind-generated electricity in the town  will preserve the public health, safety and welfare; and
   (B)   To provide a regulatory scheme for the operation and maintenance of wind-generated electricity facilities in the town.
