§ 70.11 TEMPORARY NO PARKING FOR SNOW REMOVAL, STREET SWEEPING, AND OTHER NECESSARY PURPOSES.
   (A)   The town, by its Town Council President, Town Marshal or Public Works Manager, or their designees, may post temporary no parking signs, which state the reason therefor, along any street on which it is necessary to carry out snow removal, street sweeping or street maintenance, or any other action or circumstance that requires the streets to be clear of parked vehicles.
   (B)   For all scheduled street sweeping, street maintenance or other actions requiring the posting of no parking signs, the signs will be posted before to 4:00 p.m. of the day before the day on which parking is prohibited. In all other circumstances, the signs will be posted as early as practical, and in no event may the signs be posted later than 8:30 a.m. on the day of the restrictions. The signs will be sufficient in number and location to be visible to an ordinarily observant person, to notify the public of the location and duration of the temporary no parking zone or zones.
   (C)   No person may park any vehicle along a street between the hours designated on a sign posted under this section. Any vehicle that is illegally parked between prohibited hours may be towed and impounded. The owner of a vehicle towed and impounded under this section may recover possession of his or her vehicle by paying storage, towing and other costs incurred in connection with the impoundment.
