In accordance with the terms of the net metering tariff, the utility shall enter into an interconnection agreement with the eligible net metering customer, before the net metering facility may be interconnected with the utility’s system. The interconnection agreement incorporates technical interconnection requirements, which are set forth in Ordinance 2-16-2016 and are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth in full herein.
